Aditi has done her MBA in HR. In 2006, she moved from India to Dubai, and started her career as the Senior Recruitment Specialist at a leading brokerage firm. She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division. Within a few years, she proved her mettle and became the Head of Operations at Banke.

Aditi loves to travel and explore different destinations, meet new people and try unique cuisines.

In her current role, Aditi oversees the CRM, Marketing, HR and Administration Departments.  She strives passionately to fulfill the challenging demands of her key position. She is responsible for streamlining the functionality of each department and achieving seamless operation between the departments.

Aditi considers Banke her second home. She is immensely proud of her team and their achievements. She has a creative mind, and brings together innovative ideas and inspirations from the local and global market.   She is optimistic and excited about Banke’s future prospects.
