The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employees’ skills, performance, and knowledge. This role involves working closely with department heads to assess training needs, develop learning materials,
and conduct engaging training sessions. Develop and deliver training programs across various departments. Assess employee training needs and create customized learning programs. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and team-building activities. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and training best practices. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during the training process. Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in
a similar role. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire employees. Experience in creating training materials and structured programs. Knowledge of real estate industry practices is an advantage.
