We are expanding our Offplan Sales team and seeking a motivated Property Consultant to focus on residential and commercial off-plan properties. The Property Consultant – Offplan Sales will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties to investors and end users. This role involves working closely with developers and buyers, understanding

client investment objectives, and delivering suitable off-plan property opportunities. Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end users. Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and clients. Keep clients informed about project updates and off-plan offerings. Guide clients through the off-plan sales journey and support decision-making. Attend property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities. Negotiate offers and successfully close sales deals.

Provide regular status updates to clients on off-plan project progress. Proven experience in off-plan property sales. Valid UAE driving license. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
