Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to keep the brand voice consistent. Mentor and guide junior team members. 4-6+ years in social media management (agency or in-house). Strong grasp of analytics, paid campaigns, and content strategy. Creativity, storytelling skills, and a keen

eye for trends. Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social. Bonus: experience with influencer campaigns or brand partnerships. Bonus: basic video or graphic editing skills.
