As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Banke Capital, you will drive planning and execution of digital and offline marketing to build brand awareness, promote exclusive properties, and support business growth. Assist in developing and executing the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with sales
targets and brand objectives. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms that communicates Banke Capital's value proposition of exclusivity, trust, and opportunity. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Manage and optimize digital channels including website content, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns. Execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms to amplify property campaigns and brand storytelling.
Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics and adjust tactics for maximum ROI. Coordinate with internal design, photography, and videography teams to produce high-quality visual content. Write and publish content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social posts tailored to investors and brokers. Maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, events, and campaign peaks. Own website visibility through SEO best practices and content updates.
Work with web developers and partners to enhance UX, improve conversions, and ensure on-brand design and messaging. Set up tracking and analytics to monitor performance and user behavior. Build media relationships with real estate, business, and lifestyle outlets. Draft press releases, media kits, and thought leadership pieces to secure editorial coverage. Manage PR activities for launches and major company announcements. Plan and execute events including
property previews, broker engagement sessions, client forums, and exhibitions. Oversee event logistics, invitations, partnerships, on-site branding, and post-event reporting. Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations with industry partners and influencers. Align marketing campaigns with internal sales and business development teams. Set KPIs across campaigns and channels, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience
in 360-degree marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or a related sector. Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM analytics. Experience with CMS platforms and basic understanding of web performance optimization. Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities for digital and offline mediums. Strong design sensibility
and experience working alongside creative teams. Comfortable managing photoshoots, creative briefs, and asset creation workflows. Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Results-driven with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
