Dubai Real Estate Insights · Events Dubai Property Show 2026: What to Expect Search for the Dubai Property Show in 2026 and you will find several different events, in several different cities, all using similar names. Before you book a flight or a ticket, it helps to know which one you are actually looking at and what a show like this can and cannot do
for a buyer. This Banke guide separates the events, explains what to expect on the floor and sets out how to prepare so the day turns into a shortlist rather than a stack of brochures. There Is No Single Dubai Property Show The first thing to understand is that "Dubai Property Show" is used as a brand name by several promoters rather than as the
title of one official government event. Listings on Eventbrite show events using the name in London, Singapore, Toronto and Melbourne, with different organisers, dates and venues. The London edition's own website names Dubai Property Show London Limited as the organiser, describes the show as a platform connecting UK investors and homebuyers with the Dubai market, and lists free admission. Dates for these roadshows also change.
At the time of writing, the ticketing listing and the organiser's website did not agree on the next London date, so we are not going to quote one here. Confirm the date, venue and organiser directly on the official ticket page before you plan around any of them. This also means that a roadshow held abroad is a marketing and sales event for Dubai developers
and agencies, not a regulated exhibition run by Dubai's land authorities. That is not a problem in itself, but it shapes how you should read what you hear. The Events Held in the UAE and the Region If you want to attend a show in the region itself, two other events are better documented. The International Property Show is listed by tradefairdates.com for 7 to
9 September 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with Strategic Exhibitions & Conferences as organiser. On that listing the dates have already passed, so treat it as an annual event to watch for next year rather than something to book now. Cityscape Global is the large international real estate event, but it is not in Dubai. Its own website lists the 2026 edition for
16 to 19 November at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre (Malham) in Saudi Arabia, organised by Informa Markets in partnership with Tahaluf. Its 2025 edition reported 577 exhibitors from 42 countries. If a source tells you Cityscape is in Dubai this year, check it against the organiser's site. We could not verify any further 2026 Dubai-based property exhibition dates beyond these listings, so this
guide stays general on anything else. Dates and venues can change, so use the organiser's own pages as the final word. What You Can Typically Expect on the Floor Based on how the organisers describe their own events, a property show generally combines a few elements. Developer and agency stands presenting current projects, floor plans and payment plans. Seminar or conference sessions on topics such
as the Golden Visa, returns and luxury property, as the London organiser lists. Networking with sales teams, and sometimes with mortgage and legal service providers. Show-only offers, which are best treated as a prompt to compare, not a reason to decide on the day. What a show cannot give you is an independent comparison. Every stand represents its own project. That makes a show useful
for discovering what is on the market and poor for judging value, which is a separate step you do afterwards. How to Prepare Before You Go Set a budget that includes the Dubai Land Department fee and other costs, not only the headline price. Our guide to the Banke DLD 4% fee explainer covers who pays what. Decide whether you want ready or off-plan property,
and what holding period suits you. Shortlist three or four communities in advance so you can ask targeted questions instead of collecting everything. Check your finance position first. A written mortgage pre-approval tells you what you can realistically consider. Prepare questions on service charges, handover dates and escrow arrangements. If you are buying from abroad, also think about how you will verify the project afterwards,
including the developer's registration and the project's escrow account with the Dubai Land Department. Questions to Ask at Every Stand Who is the developer, and which completed projects can I visit or research? Is the project registered, and is there an escrow account for buyer payments? What is the full payment schedule, including all fees and the handover payment? What is the expected service charge
