About Us:
Banke International Properties is a leading real estate agency, and we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant Marketing Manager.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. This role is execution-focused and best suited for someone with a solid foundation in accounting who is looking to grow through hands-on exposure rather than manage teams or strategy
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily accounting entries
• Record and reconcile bank statements, payments, and receipts
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams when required
• Maintain proper filing of financial records and documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
