Porush Jhunjhunwala

CEO

Born and brought up in Mumbai, Porush has done his MBA in Marketing. He worked as the Regional Manager of VideoCon in Mumbai. In 2006, he moved to Dubai. After being associated with a leading brokerage firm in Dubai for seven years, Porush decided to follow his passion and established Banke International in 2013 with a team of four people. With a growing, multicultural team of 150+ people working with him now, Porush continues to dream bigger and aim higher.

Porush takes fitness seriously. He enjoys working out at the gym, doing yoga, and playing cricket. He also participates regularly in marathons.

Porush values meaningful relationships and conversations with his team members and clients. He is immensely proud of his team at Banke. A team player himself, he attributes Banke’s phenomenal success to the hard work of his team.

Aditi Jhunjhunwala

Head of Operations

Aditi has done her MBA in HR. In 2006, she moved from India to Dubai, and started her career as the Senior HR Recruitment Specialist at a leading brokerage firm. She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division. Within a few years, she proved her mettle and became the Head of Operations at Banke. 

Aditi loves to travel and explore different destinations, meet new people and try unique cuisines.

In her current role, Aditi oversees the CRM, Marketing, HR and Administration Departments.  She strives passionately to fulfill the challenging demands of her key position. She is responsible for streamlining the functionality of each department and achieving seamless operation between the departments.

SAKSHI VASUDEVA

HR Manager

Ms. Sakshi Vasudeva was raised in India and holds an Honors Degree in Computer Science, Qualified MBA Professional with
experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Policies & Procedures, Diversity & inclusion. She is a meticulous HR professional. She comes with thorough knowledge, experience, and expertise of over 13 years across the Middle East, KSA, India, China, Singapore & the UK.

She believes in the power of giving. Welcoming, thoughtful, generous & open-minded, she is an individual who appreciates learning. With an extraordinary personality and optimistic mindset – she believes everything is
possible.

Saba Shaikh

HR Manager

Saba completed her MBA degree and Diploma in Human Resources Management from India, and moved to Dubai in 2012. She worked in the HR Department of Vodafone and several other big companies before joining Banke. 

Saba enjoys shopping and networking. She is a big fan of Netflix and music.
As the HR Manager at Banke, Saba oversees the entire life cycle of an employee from recruitment to exit. She is instrumental in building the team at Banke by ensuring that the right candidate with the right attitude joins Banke. She believes that the attitude of employees is as important as their qualifications. 

Saba is a people’s person, who immediately makes people comfortable around her. She loves the growth opportunities that Banke offers to its employees.

Nawroz Mamdani

Associate Director

Navroz was born and raised in Mumbai, India. His family’s strong emphasis on education inspired him to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and study MBA in Finance while overseeing and managing three real estate development projects in India.

He moved to Dubai in 2013 with an aspiration to start an entrepreneurial journey in the Real Estate Brokerage business. He has successfully completed nine years in the industry, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. He is a Certified Real Estate Broker since 2013 by Dubai Land Department. He is also a Certified Broker for Manager by The National Association of Realtors.

He has recently registered for MSc Real Estate at Heriot-Watt University, starting September 2022 He is a fitness enthusiast. He loves to swim, run and trek. He aspires to participate in a Triathlon in 2023 He is passionate about Serving the Community and is a member of the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for the UAE He has been a Business Network International (BNI) member for over six years.

His burning desire is to become a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and head the Real Estate Valuation and Research Services division.

Hira Sohail

Associate Director

Born and raised in Pakistan, Hira obtained her higher education from the United Kingdom. She comes from an accomplished family of bankers, businessmen and restauranteurs. Hira worked in the health insurance sector in the UK for a few years. When she moved to the UAE in 2009, she opened up a restaurant in Dubai. She eventually found her true calling in the real estate sector. 

Currently, she is an Associate Director at Banke, and specializes in Villas and Townhouses in Resale. She has consistently been a top performer in Resale, and has won several appreciation awards.  She views her decision to join Banke as one of the best decisions she has ever made. 

Hira believes that working hard with honesty and consistency is the key to achieve your dreams. She cherishes the support system and flexibility that Banke provides.

Olga Rastarhuyeva

Sales Director - Residential Sales

Olga grew up in Minsk, Belarus. She graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University faculty of Modern Foreign Languages. After her graduation and working for a year in the same industry she realized she had something else in mind, somewhere she had a passion for real estate and always dreamed of having a beautiful permanent family home in a picturesque prestigious building with a history. Later, she moved to Dubai joining a leading commercial property developer, it was at this time she realized her real estate dreams were coming true. Since then, it was no looking back and her career in real estate flourished from a marketing executive to the top of the sales department. 10 years down the line, she was the Sales Director. By now, she has been in the region for 17 years selling a diverse real estate portfolio to clients from all over the globe and managing multinational teams.

She loves to support her team to achieve their dreams and to keep fulfilling her own as well.


Apart from Real Estate she really enjoys spending time with her two adorable children, practising yoga, reading, travelling and enjoys long morning strolls by the beach.

Portfolio Manager- Property Management

She began her career in Customer Service and worked with several telecom companies. She also worked as a Portfolio Manager at a leading brokerage firm for 10 years before joining Banke.

As the first Head of the Property Management division at Banke, Payal has streamlined and developed all necessary forms and procedures to make the process easier and efficient. She has also ensured optimal utilization of the CRM software so that all records are updated in real-time.

Payal is responsible for liasion with landlords, tenants and relevant industry and government departments. She ensures speedy and satisfactory resolution of tenants; concerns and complaints. She also monitors rent payments and renewals. 

Payal aims to make Banke the top property management company in UAE, with the highest number of managed properties. 

Payal is fond of traveling to new destinations, cooking new dishes, and dancing.

Wasim Ahmed

Associate Director- Dubai Primary Sale

Wasim has completed his education at the Franklin School of Hospitality and Customer Service. He moved to the UAE in 2016. He always had a passion for customer service. His keen interest in real estate is always from the passion he had for customer service. He has had prominent roles in top developers like Damac Properties and Sobha Group. In Banke, while managing a huge team and guiding his team towards success in terms of targets and sales, he also provides real estate advice and solutions to all his clients. He never misses a chance to assist in the development, and implementation of new ideas and techniques focused on increasing business.

Subroto Banerjee

Associate Director- Dubai Primary Sale

Subroto has pursued his PG Diploma in Marketing & Finance. He moved to the UAE in 2018. Previously, he was into Insurance Banking, E-Learning domains, and international real estate. He was also associated with prominent organizations like Square Yards. In Banke, he works closely with his team to ensure an understanding of sales strategy. Focuses on its effective implementation and achieving results to the fullest. He is a dedicated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. He is a master negotiator and trains his team on the same. He is a keen planner, strategist & implementer. He focuses on marketing activities and accelerating business growth.

Aditya Pushkarna

Associate Director (Banke India)

Aditya completed his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets, Banking, and Financial Support Services at G N Khalsa College in India before moving to Dubai in 2017. He had the opportunity to work at prestigious real estate organizations such as PropTiger and Squaryards in Dubai, where he held various key positions in sales, marketing, and portfolio management. He started his real estate career in Banke as a consultant and rapidly advanced to the position of team manager in the Dubai office. Due to his forward-thinking mindset and willingness to take challenges, he decided to venture into the Indian market.
Aditya is currently in charge of managing over 40 real estate agents and overseeing Mumbai operations.

Mahendra Mota

Head of Dubai Primary Sales

Mahendra completed his Bachelors in Commerce from his hometown in India. He moved to Dubai in 2011 and worked in the Marketing sector for a few years before joining Real Estate.  He started his journey in Banke as a Property Consultant. He received several appreciation awards for his outstanding performance.  

In his current role as Head of Dubai Primary Sales, he leads a team of more than 30 property consultants, prepares budgets, targets and reports, and builds and maintains strong relationships with developers and clients. He is also responsible for planning and managing marketing events to promote the services offered by Banke. 

Mahendra believes that efficient after-sales service is of paramount importance to win a client over for life. 

Mahendra is a sports lover. He enjoys watching all kinds of sports, and is a keen player of badminton, cricket and table tennis himself.

Imad grew up in a small and beautiful mountain village called Bayt Merri in Lebanon. He moved to Dubai with his family when he was just 10 years old. He completed his Business Administration degree from The Imperial University of Costa Rica.   Imad worked in the insurance sector as a Financial Advisor and Business Development Manager before joining Banke. 

Currently, he is working as a Team Manager at Banke. He is always on the lookout for new opportunities for his team, and tries his best to provide his team a productive work environment and keep them motivated. He is passionate about training, developing and facilitating his team. He remains proactively involved in assisting his team members in their meetings for a higher chance of closing deals.

In his present role as the Team Manager- Secondary Sales & Leasing, Yahya trains and leads the secondary sales team. ASHOK YADAV

Team Manager, Off Plan

Ashok is from India. He is a postgraduate in MBA Marketing and International Business from Amity Business School. Before taking the leap into Real Estate, he was into Securities with a leading Life Insurance Company for 4 years. Later, he moved to Dubai and joined a prominent Real Estate Developer.

He is a confident Team Manager who focuses on accomplishing department objectives by managing team members, planning, and evaluating department activities. He also plays a key role to train sales agents to achieve team goals. He never misses to attend any meetings with sales agents to close the sales. Team Performance Management is his ultimate goal.

Mohammed Salem

Off-Plan Manager

Born and raised in Egypt, Mohamed Salem has been living in Dubai since 2014. He always had a passion for the real estate business. He worked for a few years in the banking sector before he came to his primary calling- the real estate world. He started as a real estate broker for residential properties.
