Corporate Trainer - Real Estate


Summary: Banke International Properties is looking for an empathetic, passionate, and creative Corporate Trainer to join our distinguished team of real estate professionals.  As a Corporate Trainer specializing in real estate, you’ll develop and deliver training programs for our real estate professionals. Your expertise will empower our team to excel in their roles, adapt to industry changes, and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training & Development:

a)Create customized training programs for real estate agents, brokers, and staff.

b)Align training content with company goals.

c)Make recommendations to management for improvements to various projects, tasks, and objectives.

2.Sales Coaching:

a)Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales professionals to help them achieve their sales goals.

b)Provide insight on how to generate call leads from relevant online platforms.

c)Offer constructive feedback and guidance to improve their sales techniques.

d)Contact discovery using online research tools.

e)Contact discovery using online research tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, leads411, jigsaw, Factiva and hoovers) to retrieve contact information of prospects.

3.Delivery and Evaluation:

a)Lead engaging training sessions using diverse teaching methods.

b)Continuously update content based on feedback and industry trends.

c)Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching.

d)Motivate property consultants to achieve their goals and targets.

4.Industry Knowledge:

a)Stay updated on current real estate market trends, regulations, and finest practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in tele sales, cold-calling, and lead generation is highly preferred.

Prior training and presentation skills.

Strong real estate industry knowledge

Excellent communication skills & adaptability.
