Sales Manager (Offplan Team)

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Offplan Team at Banke International Properties in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the success of our offplan property sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Offplan Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize offplan property sales.
  3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  5. Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
  7. Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and offplan property sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
