Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented and driven to meet hiring goals.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry (preferred but not required).
