Residential Sales & Leasing Consultants

We are currently seeking outstanding Property Consultants to continue our phenomenal growth.

Requirement Summary:

  • Minimum 1-2 years real estate experience
  • Must possess a UAE Driving license and a car
  • Should be RERA Certified
  • Fluent in English
  • Should be Self Motivated
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure
  • The candidate should be dynamic, presentable, confident and assertive
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

Should currently be based in UAE

Key responsibilities include:

  • Introduce himself to potential prospects and thereby understand their property requirements
  • Ensure conversion of leads to clients
  • Attend to sales, leasing, re-sale requirements
  • Source property listings from property owners and other real estate agents
  • Collect full details of the property which includes photoshoot, floor plan details, apartment/building details, any other requisite details
  • Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to the clients
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller
  • Draw up tenancy contracts / legal agreements between the buyers and seller
  • Advice and answer the clients questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters

Commercial Property Consultants

  • Minimum 2-3 years real estate experience
  • Should have up to date working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
  • Have extensive and strong sales experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling and leasing commercial properties such as office space, shopping malls and large retail projects
  • Liaising with clients in order to source their requirements till such time the appropriate property is found
  • Working in synergy with other commercial agents in listing relevant property information including photographs into the relevant system
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller
  • Draw up tenancy contracts / legal agreements between the buyers and seller
  • Advice and answer client questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters
  • Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances

Real Estate Administrator (Female)

Requirement Summary:

  • Must have strong administration & customer service experience (atleast 5-6 years)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the division by carrying out the day-to-day administration duties in the division & supporting the various Property Consultants
  • Preparing and following up on all sales-related paperwork (in conjunction with the appropriate agents) as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available in CRM System. This will include data entry on the CRM System, invoicing & receipting (if needed), preparing contracts, etc.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system ensuring that all relevant documentation is on file
  • Responsible for ordering stationery and other office supplies
  • Responsible for receiving, distributing and answering all correspondences, faxes and emails in your division
  • Responsible for operating all the office equipment such as fax machine, photocopier, printers, desk tops, etc in your division and briefing the Head Office when any problems arise
  • Carrying out the day-to-day duties of the reception area such as answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general enquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate agent or division
  • Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents (checks, etc) through appropriate courier companies on behalf of Banke staff. Maintaining accurate records on these transactions and reconciling them with monthly statement of accounts, as provided and/or requested by the Accounts Division
